Chulu East (6564m) is located north of Annapurna massif. It is a part of Gunggang Himal including Chulu West (6419m), Chulu Central (6584m), Chulu East (6429m) and Chulu Far East (6059). Chulu East, together with Chulu West, forms an integral part of the Manang Himal, which in turn is included in the Larger Damodar Himal.
